Snowy Owl

Snowy Owl

Here is my first processed image... The walk was hours long to get to "the spot" pole 12 they said. Well the numbers were quarter mile a part so it seemed dredging in sand carrying my rig... At pole 7 I saw one.. great i'll shoot this gal and then go back. I might survive doing this since my walk back was only an hour or so.. Nope she flew away on me.. so on I went, pole 11, 12,.. found them awesome.. The sun was so bright they never really opened their eyes wide.. ok..now i'm out so far I couldn't see the parking lot anymore and i'm beat. Diane was smart and turned back long ago but me being whom I am did not have those smarts. As I was shooting I met some nice folks that drove out on the beach.. They could tell I just walked the beach death trail and asked if I wanted a ride back.. Hell yes! Thank you so much for that ride.. anyway I survived the day and here is my first owl I saw.
